I'm basing all this on gut instinct but I'm sure there are dueling
studies out there. I'm just fed up with greedy people in general,
pretending to be better than lower animals and immune to the laws of
nature.

I agree that many aspects of social liberalism are naive and
unworkable. My big issue with "conservatives" is their lack of respect
for nature (the origin of their very life). Since most of them are
reactionaries, they assume criticism of their greed makes the critic
an automatic "liberal." Not true in this case.

I use the word "conservative" in quotes because true conservatism has
a lot of potential for good. It's been hijacked by greedy personality
types, especially since the Reagan years.
