Some races are smarter than others, which is reflected in their level

See above. My main issue with "conservatives" is their Creationist
attitude toward the natural world. They see people as owners, not
tenants. Any species that Man renders extinct "just couldn't hack it"
etc. Their attitude is the result of religious brainwa****ng, plus that
probable no-empathy gene.
