English? Teach them some things in their native language, but also
teach them English, and move them to English instruction as soon as

The first one? It was proper; he had invaded Kuwait. The second
one? Absolutely wrong.

First, vouchers are never going to pay for private school tuition,
unless it's a religious school. Second, I absolutely do not want my
tax dollars to pay for religious instruction. Third, because of (1),
this just subsidizes the rich who are already sending their children

Speech codes to some extent are good. Why should someone be allowed
