you are responding at the top of the message instead of the usual 
bottom.  however, to what you wrote: there are any number of gun bearing 
criminals in the DC and vicinity, and they do not pay any attention to 
whether or not there are laws or not.  They just use them to murder, 
rob, assault and whatever.  But now, those who do care about 
preservation of their neighborhoods, peace and well being of their 
families and everyone else, have to wonder whether or not they can walk 
again in the capitol even around the supreme court neighborhood.  the 
SCOTUS can get drive right into their building and leave without 
venturing into crime ridden neighborhoods and go back to their safe 
lives.  they do not live in the real world.  score one for the uppah 
clahhses, yalies - wahoo!!!
