That was seven years ago when a tank of gas was thirty bucks.  Now
it's sixty five.  What do you not understand about politicians
changing their positions when conditions change?  It's called popular
rule aka democracy.  These flip flop arguments are absurd particularly
given one that's years old.

There is nothing in these changes that surprises me from either party.
Today's news that Obama has supposedly indicated that he might have to
go back on his 16 month plan is just such an example.  I always
thought it was ridiculous and knew he could never pull off a promise
like that and now he's in trouble again.  I'd be willing to bet that
Hillary has more knowledge and understanding of the world scene than
Obama.  Could this subtle ****ft in attitude result from knowledge and
experience from the Clintons?

In any case, I don't view Obama as a radical liberal.  His health care
plan is an example of his commitment to market solutions.  His recent
sup****t of faith based initiatives has been criticized by both camps
but to me is exactly what society needs.  The church works best when
it stays out of politics.  It's role is the hearts of the people, or
at least those so inclined.  If the hearts are right, the votes will
be too.

Obama?  Just cut the breaks and subsidies.  I see no reason to pay for
my gas at the pump an on April 15.  Let big oil raise their price for
gas (ok, petroleum distillates, derivatives, etc.) and invest those
profits in new energy markets.  We can use our oil addiction to
finance our rehab.
