132 House Republicans effectively vote to kill war funding bill

This is interesting. Today, 132 House Republicans voted "present" in an 
up or down vote to approve Bush's request for $162.5 billion for the 
wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. This allowed the bill to be defeated 
148-141, with 146 Democrats voting against it.
