It would be nice to see The dishonorable vermin who are these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS go to the theological place of eternal
punishment and then GO MAKE LOVE TO YOURSELVES!
Upon listening to my scanner radio I have heard CONCORD POLICE radio
frequencies my name along with other life forms in the enforcement
area about arresting me.
This is shortly with in a few days of talking to high ranking CONCORD
POLICE OFFICERS! These are the same officers that said I have no
wants, warrants etc. I NEVER at any time got help from any police or
properly fit and qualified police or peace officer in ending this HATE
CRIME SEIGE that I am still a victim thereof among other things they
have aimed at me. I have talked with a variety of peace and police
officers both at my home and at their department offices. My family
has also done the same. We have been INTENTIONALLY been LIED to by
law enforcement community members.
The only 2 things that puzzles me is now what bogus charges and other
lies, and falsities will they use to take me? It is NO SECRET that I
am LIED to constantly as that the CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT DENIES
their involvement. The CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF'S Department DENIES their
involvement. The STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT DENIES their involvement. The
FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY DENIES their involvement.
In CONTRA Costa County which for you who don't know is in northern
California, the law enforcement community besides denying all
knowledge of this most heinous, hateful conspiracy has shown PROOF
beyond a shadow of a doubt of welcoming, encouraging, helping,
allowing, participating in HATE CRIMES AND TERRORIST, TERRORIST
ACTIVITIES and TERRORISM all together. Among the many types and forms
of the proof, I am living proof as I have been and still am the target
and victim that these HATE CRIMES, TERROROISM and other CRIMES.
I have been aimed at by LAW ENFORCEMENT community to be on the
receiving end of everything negative that police, sheriff's officers
and other law enforcement personnel that can toss at me. This includes
ATTEMTPED MURDER by and from LAW ENFORCMENT COMMUNITY in this county
and city. I can logically only assume that I am Jewish, disabled and
physically defenseless is why these DISHONERABLE VERMIN who are these
so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are still TRYING TO KILL me. I
make things public and will always continue to do so and have no
intentions, plans to do otherwise.
If any law enforcement community, members of the justice community in
any way, shape and or form do not like my postings, updates or my
talking about my experiences then PLEASE feel free to visit the
theological place of eternal punishment and then GO MAKE LOVE TO
YOURSELVES!
To make a quick recap of the start of this last heavy siege that is
still ongoing listed below should be a good review just to point out a
few things.
1… The constant break in and entry's started in big time that included
malicious vandalism by law enforcement agents and officers.
2… I have been the target of these break-ins etc only to have the
things in my room destroyed, tampered with, vandalized, broken etc.
3… Other parts of my home also have been the target of these break-ins
etc only to have the things in my room destroyed, tampered with,
vandalized, broken etc.
4… I have been forced to suffer heart attacks.
5... I have been forced to suffer strokes.
6… I have also had numerous attacks of colitis.
7... I have also had numerous attacks of chromes.
8… In April 2003, I have had attacks bad enough to cause my liver,
kidney, pancreas and a few other internal body parts to change sizes
and shapes in addition to wanting to quit on me.
ALL OF THIS HAS INCREASED STREES, TENSION LEVELS and etc has
contributed to my poor health getting worse with no cure or end in
sight.
THIS IS BIG PROOF OF ATTEMPTED MURDER BY these DISHONERABLE VERMIN who
are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
And that is NOT even scratching the surface of this hostility that is
aimed at me. However in my eyes and in my opinion this alone is proof
preponderance over and beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is
ATTEMPTED MURDER by using TERRORISM, HATE CRIMES, TERRORIST ACTS with
a wide variety of other crimes in that category alone.
In my eyes and in my opinion the only reason that these people (or
life forms to be more accurate) are NOT behind bars and still have
their law enforcement identification is that IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF
ANY PART OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN CONCORD AND OR IN CONTRA Costa COUNTY
attempted murder and crimes of hate and terrorism is LEGAL! Also
PROOVES BEYOND A MICRO PICO NANO SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT if you have
any law enforcement identifying papers etc that you are ABOPVE THE LAW
and can NOT be touched by the law!
Additionally if you are a member of law enforcement you can pick and
choose what laws to break or violate and help what and whom ever you
feel like helping. This includes helping people with ILLEGAL
CONSPIRACY and hate crimes etc.
Already these things have had a big hand of making me have some of
these multiple attacks and still having them. Listed below is a big
example of what law enforcement here in this area operates and or
conducts themselves.

After hearing in early 2003 on my scanner that an officer who had the
radio call sign designated as Sam2, told another officer that had the
radio call sign as Z20 made a comment of the effect to that officer of
"Doug is a cop hater from long ago." The officer at the time that had
the Z20 designation replied to the effect of
"Oh, that is good to know. All units don't help Doug, but give all
available assistance and any help to the neighbors involved in this."

Additionally my internet activities have been tem****ally blocked by
these people on some occasions. This illegal blockage stops my email
both send and receive and illegally prevents me from lawfully,
legally, properly posting to news groups. This PROVES that law
enforcement officers have INTENTIONALLY committed a FELONY by their
ILLEGAL activities and illegal CONSPIRICIES and illegally violating my
privacy along with illegally accessing internet and interfering with
my paid internet activities.
I like to remind people that when engaged in using other internet
accounts while users are on line is a FELONY! Is this a reason why
kids when grown up want to be police officers so that they can hide
behind a law enforcement badge or credentials to commit legalized
crimes but only leangle for them to commit crimes? I have NEVER at any
time illegally used or abused the internet for and on any part or any
internet activities.
Early in the morning I was woke up by outside banging on my walls when
I looked out no life signs but heard the vermin say he knows we are
out here and we are looking for him and we will get him. CONCORD PD
DISPARCH ALSO CONFIRMED the presence of these vermin when I listened
on my police scanner radio. This was just another example of LIES by
law enforcement who denies involvement just like the S.O.
************** 3 YEARS *********** of this crap and I am still being
hounded by these unorthodox creeps! Each time I heard or was told by
others in neighborhood that they would let me go my way and leave me
alone never happened! I have heard them giving their word and promise
of NEVER letting up on me and NEVER letting me go!
3 YEARS they done this and NOT ONE person I say again NOT ONE person
ever made a effort to come directly to me, speak directly to me, offer
any help in ending this with the neighbors! These are the same swine
DISHONERABLE VERMIN who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
letting neighbors commit crimes; make false law enforcement re****ts
and helping them do it.
These DISHONERABLE VERMIN who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS stooped as low to STEAL all the fruit on our plum tree that
mom makes her yearly batches of jam with. And why still watch my
elderly mother changing clothes, using bathroom facilities etc.
I hold CONCORD POLICE fully accountable and responsible of the things
still happening to me. CONCORD POLICE REFUSED and STILL REFUSES to
protect and to serve. I have asked, begged and requested that CONCORD
POLICE make the arrest of all neighbors involved in these hate crimes
and conspiracy that across the street started. I even given in and
gave permission for them to talk to the neighbors and leave me the
hell alone. Intentionally that NEVER has happened. That permission
has been REMOVED!
That alone proves how the law enforcement has a large mount of money
and DOES NOT NEED PUBLIC FUNDINGS!
To show an example of the LIES told by these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS in telling others and I quote: "ALL that we want to do is to
TALK to him. All that we want to do is to HELP him." To prove to you
the intelligent reader that these are lies…
If these dishonorable vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS were telling the truth then WHY they have RIPPED, TORN,
REMOVED
Legally and lawfully POSTED WARNNING signs that say "private property
keep out" These signs are ALL OVER our home and property. Including
on the side and our back yard areas?
If these dishonorable vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS were telling the truth then why accuse me of kiddies crimes
when that is not only a total groundless lie but hurtful? What favors
is being done by the kids across the street when these vermin sneak
into their side yard during dark hours when their parents are asleep?
If these dishonorable vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS were telling the truth then why are they helping and
encouraging all the neighbors they can to help in the illegal
conspiracy against me? And why am I being kept awake by them at late
night hours when I take my other medications before going to bed and
why have they been SLEEP DEPRIVING ME every chance that they get?
If these dishonorable vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS were telling the truth then why cause me to crash our ONLY
family car while driving due to chest pains etc that they have caused
by stressing me out? Why do they operate in teams of many people
around the clock with no end in sight? Why have they sabotaged me and
my family with our neighbors? Why starting a few months ago changed
their statements to "don't talk to him", "just take him" and why would
they follow me EVERYWHERE that I go regardless if I am alone, with
family or with friends?
