The hypothetical society of anarchy will inevitably receive laws - laws
of jungle.

Money it is one more argument. Existence of money means, that there is
some group of people which trusts this money.

I.e. the certain monopolization level is necessary. A system with a
controlled level of monopolization is most reasonable. That means - to
have a few equipollent, but different, States united in federation. If
they wish to increase the monopolization level, they will be able to
increase the federal layer. Reduce it up to zero and then laws of
jungle will inure.
