Appears that Corrupt Sheriff Arpaio never changes, when he was with
DEA, Joe was aka =93Nickel Bag Joe=94 inside the DEA because of the
small-time busts he=92d favored.
Now, as Sheriff, Joe also "favors small-time busts", leaving Maricopa
County the most dangerous county in the USA.
