I am in the Middle East...and my take on Obama from the Muslim side, is
this: 'His father was an apostate Muslim. In Islamic culture, the son
follows the father. Radical Islamic extremists are likely to see Obama as
an
apostate. On the other hand, the more mild Muslims are likely to see past
the apostasy to Obama's 'roots' in his family's home country. Either way,
this could spell a travesty for American foreign policy under an Obama
Presidency.
This is as close as I can come on this issue...and, this is whether Obama
believes this is so about himself or not...he is a 'high risk' for the
nation's foreign policy and national security, popular amongst the
American
people or not.
