despite surrounding his change of stance with tap dancing with a slew
     of fancy steps and arm waving to distract from his radical
     sideslip...

       means in the real world by 'steeper sanctions'....

does he mean he'll speak severely to iran when he sits down with
     the lunatics in iran....?
or will he go even further and raise his voice?

of course he could mean he'll nuke tehran if they don't stop acting
     as a rogue state....

typical of the dishonest politician that he is, he makes vague noises
      which fools will read whatever way they wish...

     the moonbat left will doubtless be 'thinking' in terms of a
     gentle 'speaking to'....

     where as gung ho hawks will be more inclined to think in
     terms of a severe 'seeing to'....



perhaps someone one day will ask him to be specific....
then moveon and the rest of the moonbats will doubtless raise
     their usual cackle about 'racism' and demand that the questioner
     shut up and wor****p the obarmy rhetoric instead.....

and obarmy will give the  world another rousing chorus of..
