There's no historical data whatsoever suggesting Reagan had anything to 
do with the fall of the former Soviet Union.

If you read his speeches, he strongly believed we had to catch up with 
the Soviets. In other words, he was 100% wrong.  How is it that when 
someone is 100% wrong, he still gets credit?
