Of course, this totally ignores why Hitler rose to power in the first
place. Hitler would have never risen to power if Germany had been
treated differently by the victors after World War 1. Perhaps Hitler
couldn't have been reasoned with but the people of Germany could have
been.
Hitler's rise illustrates perfectly how actions taken now can have
terrible consequences in the future. Maybe some day, we'll voted in a
President who understands that. Perhaps someday we'll have a
President who will stop acting first, thinking later. Men of Action
are so because they must always act to counter all of the wrong
actions they did yesterday.
