Twist.  He was asked if he would use military actions against a
terrorist group operating in another country without getting that
country's permission.  Specifically, if he thought he could get Osama
hiding in Pakistan, would he try?  He said that if he had intelligence
that he considered actionable, he would.  This is not the same as
attacking or invading Pakistan but you can twist as you like.  Just be
aware that not many people are going to buy your editorial spew.

He's been more consistent than Clinton who's tried over and over to
reinvent herself during this campaign and certainly more consistent
than McCain buddying up with Bush and then criticizing him in public.

Yup.  He managed to find a new reason why we were in Iraq every few
months but seems to have run out of new ways to describe "stalemate"
that don't sound like losing.

It's taken Bush two terms and two campaigns to become even as publicly
literate as he has managed.  Obama is far and away a better speaker
and thinker than Bush could ever be.

Complete delusion.  The GOP is still getting it's butt kicked in
Congress.  A seat in MS that was GOP for three decades went Dem this
year.  Ditto Dennis Hastert's old seat that he'd held for twenty years
and the GOP had held for long before that.

The GOP ran ads linking Obama to Farakhan, Wright and Islam and it not
only didn't work, it backfired.  The Mississippi race was won by the
Democrat by an eight point margin.
