Israel: Syria Must Cut Militant Ties

TEL AVIV, Israel -- Israel's foreign minister is calling on Syria to
cut its ties with Arab militant groups if it wants to reach peace with
Israel.
Israel and Syria announced Wednesday that indirect peace talks had
resumed after an eight-year break.
Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni says Syria must stop sup****ting violent
groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. She also wants Syria to cut its ties
with Iran.
Livni spoke to re****ters on Thursday during a meeting in Tel Aviv with
the visiting French foreign minister, Bernard Kouchner.
