What will talking to Cuba or North Korea going to accomplish? How did
Nixon
end the cold war? Reagan "talked" to the Soviets from a position of
strength, not a position of weakness. We have been using "diplomacy" to
try
and solve the Israeli/Palestianian crisis for decades, has that solved the
problem?
