From the looks of the rest of your posts Jack, you live in a little
different
but similar dream world than Doogie. Perhaps it is time you made that
phone
call that Doogie has been neglecting. The VA is getting better despite
the
start lack of funds in the psychiatric sup****t departments. There are VA
facilities nationwide and should be one in your neighborhood. The links
posted
for the VA work just as well for you as for Doogie kOOkmAn Grant.
