Israel is quite well armed WRT Iran - and the Iranians know it.  My 
guess is that if Iran touches off a trial nuke anywhere, the Israelis 
will level Teheran - and where ever else they can find any of the 
current crop of mad mullahs.

Nukes can be built by almost any country that wants to devote the 
industrial engineering to it - but delivering one is a different issue 
altogether, since the simple ones are quite large.  Both Fat Man and 
Little Boy were on the order of five tons each, and ten feet long.
