You don't "win" a war of occupation. You can just hang on to a captive
nation while you rob it. If you are not prepared for eternal war, you
eventually have to give up, and the locals take back their country.

Crap. You just don't like Obama because he is black. I don't like Obama
because he now says he will let the Generals set policy for him. The USA
