Since I aspire to one day be stinking rich, I have nothing against the
rich in general. There are quite a few wealthy people who I respect.
My nickname, Eat the Rich, is meant only to elicit a response in a
certain segment of the people who post here.
I do have a problem with those who believe they achieved their wealth
without any contribution from their fellow countrymen. I also have
contempt for those who want only to take and not give back, who
utilize the resources and infrastructure of America yet want to avoid
paying taxes. I can't think of one wealthy person who didn't rely
upon the hard work of others or the infrastructure of their nation to
achieve their wealth. The wealth of a nation is bound tightly to the
great works of the people of that nation.
When I become stinking rich, I know that I will be paying my fair
share of taxes...not 15% but a lot more. I will also use my wealth to
lift others.
If I don't become stinking rich, well, I guess I'll just keep trying.
