1.  America abandoning Europe after WWI lead to the rise of Hitler?
2.  Truman was President when the Marshal Plan was launched?
3.  Truman was once a haberdasher?
4.  We have troops in Europe to this day?
5.  There has been uninterrupted peace in Europe since 1945?
