If you ever bothered reading a newspaper during the 1990s, even a Murdoch 
newspaper,  you would have known that Clinton and Treasury Secretary Bob 
Rubin  had everything to do with it.  Bob Rubin began paying back the 
national debt.  The government was no longer competing with private
industry 
for capital.  The result was the greatest eight years in stock market 
history and the USD was as strong as an ox.

On the other hand, the bush economy is based on watering down the US
dollar 
by over 50%.  Bush took the strongest currency on earth, the USD, and
turned 
it into manure.  Only a true moron would do that with our dollar.

 It's like paying a 50% tax on Bush's incompetency.  Thanks for playing.
