Had you bother to check before making a fool of yourself you would have
seen 
the then-benchmark currency, the Swiss franc, CHF, was declining during
the 
Clinton Administration. When Clinton took office, the CHF was $0.67.  When

Clinton left office the CHF was $0.66.  In terms even a moron could 
understand, Clinton STRENGTHENED the dollar.

Great performance..   And you could have gotten great investment
performance 
during the Bush years as well... that is by keeping your money in euros or

Canadian dollars.
