Long long ago in a lifetime far away, back in the days before Algore
invented the internet, and special interests had to publish real paper
based
newsletters, there was one such newsletter called (IIRC) The Alien Critic.
They were put out of business by an organization called (IIRC) "Critic"
for
just such a trademark infringement. The guy who published Alien Critic was
forced to yield because he had no money to even hire an attorney to
respond,
let alone fight.
Right on to ****. Right on to free speech! Right on to Algore for
inventing
the internet, making it easier for these kinds of idiot phony trademark
infringements to be exposed!
