But the ponies are in your possession and control... aka pets... aka
animals 
held captive by humans.  When it comes to owner****p simple possession is 
9/10ths of the law, so it is animal owner****p without question. It's 
interesting how you can make exceptions for yourself... "do as I say, not
do 
as I do."
