The Sandvine Prize: http://hireme.geek.nz/sandvine.html

A 5 prong fix to the Sandvine BitTorrent protocol "Seeding Exploit" is
needed immediately.

The Sandvine BitTorrent protocol exploit makes BitTorrent seeding nearly
impossible. This protocol exploit jeopardizes the proper functioning of
BitTorrent data exchange networks. The Sandvine Seeding Exploit will
probably be more widely implemented in future by ISPs. It is possible that

90% of BitTorrent traffic could be removed from the Internet in 3 months
time if the world's ISPs adopt the Sandvine Seeding Exploit to eliminate
BitTorrent traffic.

The Sandvine exploit directly threatens people's ability to make money
using
the economies of scale that BitTorrent offers for file transfer.

Donations are necessary to allow the prize to be awarded

-- [Canada] Use the Interac funds transfer system for Domestic Transfers
at
any Canadian Bank or Credit Union website. I have no funds to offer for a
prize at this time. These banks are the primary members of Interac: Royal
Bank of Canada, CIBC, Scotiabank, TD-Canada Trust, and Desjardins.
-- [USA] (E-Gold account: 2862005.e-gold.com)
-- [Rest of World] (Moneybookers: Account aspadistra [at] yahoo.com)

If the Comcast or Sandvine US cor****ations donate 300,000 EUR to me (via
Interac / E-Gold / Moneybookers) this innovation prize will be canceled.
The
fixes I am suggesting will probably ultimately have a cost 350,500,000 EUR

(globally) in traffic related expenses 2008-2011. I must point out that
BitTorrent can ultimately save 750,000,000 EUR in extra traffic expenses
over this same timeframe.
