Frank's bill would not repeal state anti-marijuana laws. Which is fine
by me ... I'd rather let states make their own decisions than have
them forced into a one-size-fits-all policy either way. Marijuana
prohibition is indeed fruitless and expensive, but some states may
have to learn the hard way.
