So do condoms - or so the Pro-Life lobby would have us believe.
Those poor little spermatozoa either suffocate or drown when the condom
is flushed down the toilet.
And (since they're not biodegradable) shouldn't the Council be providing
collection bags so that condoms can be recycled?
