	Actually it is a world of drug users, some of whom are winners
and some of whom are losers, some for reasons quite unrelated to 
direct effects of whatever drug.  There is a small faction of drug
abusers including alcoholics and others who lose because they let
for a time at least let the abusive use of drugs obscure their
human and economic relation****ps.  These are the ones we hear
most about when they happen to use illegal substances.
	Seldom is Carl Sagan's cannabis indulgence mentioned on
mainstream TV.

	The most dangerous legal drugs are religion and romantic love.
