   I figure that the recommended 24/7/365 chain to the wall
   oughtta prevent all these problems ...

   And too ... frankly ... other peoples kids are a DANGER
   to the general public. They'll get you sued and arrested
   over every bump and bruise, every alleged impropriety,
   every alleged deprivation or discrimination, and in a
   divorce - wow !. In short, they're like little walking
   land mines. Treat 'em as such - lock 'em somewhere safe
   and completely out of the way !  :-)
