And eating grilled steaks and maple doughnuts puts unhealthy particles

your stomach.

Getting a tattoo puts unhealthy particles under your skin.

Breathing outdoor air in any urban downtown area puts unhealthy particles
into
you lungs.

And the particles from tobacco smoke are for more unhealthy than the
particles
from cannabis smoke.

But that's not a valid argument for making any of these activities
illegal.
