Note that most people who have compared Marinol or other ways of ingesting
cannabis by mouth for medical reasons prefer smoking or va****izing becuase

1) onset is quicker

2) less is needed

3) titration is easier

4) less debilitation

5) duration is less

That's the same reason why smoking or va****ising is better for medical
reasons, just as when you are in the hospital they put the meds in your
intravenous tube, not in your mouth.  When you are in pain, you want the
drugs to act quickly.
