The police don't have time to police the sales of off licences, except
during occasional stings, as they're too busy busting grannies cooking
with a bit of weed in order to improve their clear-up rates (I could
mention speeders, apple and sandwich eaters, but that would be off-topic).
1 cannabis bust reduces the number of unsolved crimes by 1, even though it
was never re****ted as a crime.
10 unsolved burglaries? Bust 10 tokers and give them a street warning -
clear up rate instantly rockets to 50%.
