I can't stand animals out in public when they come sniffing around me.  
Tramps with dogs, Old Bill with dogs and my pet hate (no pun) dogs in 
pubs.

Guide dogs are good because they just get on with their job.  If the 
tramps kept their dogs under control they would not be a problem 
either.
