But the Dutch only tolerate cannabis use, use is not officially
decriminalized and production is not even tolerated. Thus the NL LEOs
have their cake and eat it. If only the USA could be nearly as smart.
By the way in Oakland & San Francisco recently we had a string
of busts of houses used for growing cannabis. Speaking to my friends
who use medically but prefer to stay of official registries the dealers
were going to lower prices but for the inflation of gasoline prices.
So you see how much good busting any number of grow sites does, but
California's LEOs would envy the number of busts.
