It is a proven fact that poor people smoke more marijuana so they can
be a threat to the rich. Competitive.
Also they tend to smoke more so they do not have a place to hide.
Poor want to be poor.
Poor people like to be arrested and spend the rest of their lives
being tortured and in jail.
It is a religious thing. Do not ask me why. God has everything in
control. He does not need your help. He has been in control for 7563
