Which is a much weaker claim than "Reefer Causes Depression." If
alcohol makes depression worse, is that a good reason for a general
ban on alcohol?

Being in treatment doesn't prove you have a problem ... it can simply
mean that your parents have a problem, or that a fatheaded judge
thinks all marijuana use is an "illness."
