There is some truth in what you say there. The use of cocaine has been
rising. I expect re-reclassification of weed will lead to an increase in
use because, as you say, they're "sticking it to the man" (whatever that
means - at 60 I don't speak much yoof).

I suspect it is falling. But from a greater number than published to a
greater number than published.

When London's sewage was tested for cocaine, it showed that 16 times more
was used than admitted to:
