I have heard a rumour that the local NHS drug clinic have ceased mouth
swab testing on grounds of expense. Bearing in mind that urine samlpes
can be given unsupervised this opens the gates to widespread urine-
adluterated tests with no backup of mouth swabs.
Is this just my area or have the NHS generally abandoned mouth swab
testing of people relying on medication like methadone?
