OK. Here is the proof.

The CCP is in control of licenses, permits, etc. etc. (Of course, it will 
grant them for bribes, but that is another story.) That is the monopoly
you

In a humane society, the workers could form unions to protect their
interests 
(not possible in the CCP-controlled economy).

In a humane society, people could form cooperatives to produce goods in a
way 
that protects their interest (not possible in the CCP-controlled economy).
