No!

Just the same as our glorious Communist New Liebour leaders signed the 
extradition treaty with the US where the Americans can just take a 
suspect without presenting any evidence whatsoever, but we can't get the 
IRA terrorists extradited back to the UK because the Americans are 
protecting them.
