Joe you rally like hate laws as long they carry out the Jews orders. Who 
decides what hatred is. Your answer is very simply anyone that questions
the 
holocaust is creating hatred. the answer to this is also very simple when 
people find out they have been taken for a ride will hate you for it. In a

democratic country people will ask all kinds of questions even the once
you 
do not like. But this is their democratic right to do so.

No, they don't. They merely offer the judge or jury the option of
increasing jail sentences
if the violent crime is proven to be motivated by racial hatred.
This is nothing new. Motive is always considered as an element of any
violent crime at trial.
