  You mean the ones who were doing the exact thing the people who
prosecute people wanted them to do?  That's kinda unlikely.

be prosecuted it is unlikely that the broadcasters would be prosecuted
unless those who actually arranged the genocide were being prosecuted,
which would be a far bigger deal.
