Name a gun control law that has or can pass "Strict Scrutiny"?

I am prepared to believe that there MIGHT be such a law, but
have never heard of one nor seen one.

Don't bother with laws against CRIMINALS who lose rights,
including liberty, voting, etc after DUE PROCESS as these
are not "gun control" anymore than they are "voting control"
or "liberty control" laws.

Sure, but there are no gun control laws that have or can do so if
this test is used properly.
