I've just looked at a hypertext version of this do***ent.  I can't find
the 
words "strict scrutiny."  Can you point me to an article and section?

The Constitution must be read with the body of Constitutional law in mind.
 
Do you have a specific cite, say a Supreme Court ruling, that requires gun

laws to pass strict scrutiny?
