I'd like you to give me the legal reasoning behind your assertion.  I'm 
willing to be convinced.  What's the basis for your assertion?  Strict 
scrutiny is a standard that SCOTUS insists be applied to equal protection 
cases.  Do I need to look up the case name?   I will if you want.  What 
requires strict scrutiny for gun control laws?
