It doesn't actually say that Israel does any of those things. It says it 
gives them the capability to do it, but not even this very biased site 
actually claims that Israel does this.

Of course, not even this biased site claims that Israel does any of these 
things; merely that it could if it wanted to.

Of course, not even this site claims that Israel has actually restricted

right to construct them.

I also find it interesting that this site talks about the potential for 
Israel to block TV broadcasts in Gaza (which it has never in fact done),
but 
doesn't mention anything about Israel actually blockading anything at all,

not even weapons funnily enough.

This site is a long list of things that Israel could do to Gaza but in
fact 
isn't, presented in a manner such that not-very-bright-readers will form
the 
mistaken impression that Israel is actually doing them. Look at the exact 
wording. They are very careful indeed in not actually saying Israel does
any 
of these things, because of course it doesn't.
