Yeah? Actually the guy who started the crusades (on the Muslims side - the
one before the one before Saladin) died after a bout of drinking. He
threathned one of his slaves and fell asleep, drunk. The slave, fearing he
would be put to death when his master sobered up - killed him! Slavery and
drunkeness were certainly not exclusive to Muslims either though.

Where did I justify Islam? All I did was oint out that the claims made
about
islam are not exclusive to Islam! well that and the "Islamist conspiracy"
theory which claim Islamists are organised in a "worldwide network" and
have
"sleeper cells" and are the greatest threat to the world! I mean, get a
grip!... a single earthquake and a hurricane last week killed more people
than Islamists have in the preceeding century!

Buddhism have their problems to. I realise Japanese Buddhish's are
different
but I recollect a *** and drunkeness scandal about two years ago. But
Buddhism is not a majority religion there! I mean take India . Hindu
Muslim
Sick and CHRISTIANS have more people than Buddhists. AS I pointed out
Hindus
and Sichs also have violence associated with them. But in fact ALL these
religions decry violence of the terrorist type! It is only FRINGE elements
who practice it. and NON RELIGIOUS groups killed FAR MORE people than all
the religions combined!

Trick one that it depends on which Buddhism and whether it is theistic.
Because Buddhism is basically atheistic. So it is a Godless religion. If
we
go to Chinese Buddhism I am sure you will accept the ancestor/em****or
wor****pping varity . will you? Well then you have MILLIUONS killed by
various Chinese and Japanese regimes. Although these were "Buddhist" I
would
argue they were atheist.

Well it would have been difficult for them to do so since there werent any
in China and Japan! But you question is moot since China and Japan had
gunpowder and indeed even guns for centuries before Europeans. But because
of their culture they didn't use artillery on ANYONE really because they
didnt need to in their stable culture. They stuck with Em****ors and
Shoguns
and had regimes lasting thousands of years. In fact over about 5,000 years
you only have four or five dynasties in China! Thats about a Millennium a
government! Excepting the Mongol dynasty of course which was quite recent
in
Chinese terms. And it was Shamanistic.

Well Maoists have been responsible for certainly tens of Millions of
deaths
in the twentieth century. they still have the most appaling human rights
record. so I don't think you are winning any arguments by comparing them

Muslims. Some Maoist groups even make Islamists look tame e.g. the ****ning
Path.

Actually the word "thug" comes from "thugee" which was an assassin cult
the
sort of Islamist OPPOSED by Saladin! Indian Thugee were KALI wor****ppers.
And the Mongols and Asatru has much in common - both Pagan warriors. You
also have ****nto Buddhist Samurai. Not to leave out the Knights Templar I
believe Saladin called them "the Fiery Heart of Christendom".
