The word doesn't occur in m-w.com (Merriam Webster's site)
but it does occur frequently in English discussions of this nature.
It's in the language of the country we are talking about.
Anyone who has a serious interest in the subject
wouldn't call it an "obscure foreign language".
If finding it once in Wikipedia is too taxing for you
and you therefor prefer to show your ignorance in post after post,
you're way over your head here.
