As if the board would complain without the author's "go-ahead", and for 
some strange reason, I really don't think that the author will have a 
problem with the widest possible distribution somehow. If the (allegedly 
not-so-good) doctor cares to kvetch to the RCMP, great. Their computers 
will flag him as a whingeing crank and a stalker in very short order.
This could provide some entertainment.
